If you are not completely satisfied with our goods we will give a refund if they are returned within 14 days, after which time only an exchange or credit note is possible. (This does not apply to any personalised or dyed items).

Our orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier and will require a signature.A returns form will be sent with your order. This must be completed if you need to send any goods back for a refund/exchange. If you need to return your shoes you can take them to a Post Office. Parcels must have external wrapping. Please do not tape the form to the box. Customers are responsible for postage and packing. We advise you to get proof of postage in case items are lost in the post. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control. Royal Mail only consider UK items lost after 15 working days and no action can be taken until this time has lapsed. Postal charges may vary from time to time. Shujazzle reserves the right to increase or decrease carriage charges stated on the shopping cart. All parcels must have external wrapping and labelling. Shoe boxes must not be defaced in any way to enable re-sale of goods. Refunds will not be given if goods have been marked or damaged. Any shoes returned which have evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed / pitted soles due to not trying shoes on a carpeted surface will not be deemed suitable for return. Any faulty or wrong items must be reported to us via e-mail or post within 48 hrs of reciept of goods.Refund requests will be processed within 28 days.This does not affect your statutory rights. Dyed items, earrings, personalised or decorated items or any other items that are worn next to the skin are not included in our refund policy.

The designs shown may vary slightly but the quality will remain unchanged. If you have any issues with any of our services,this must be put in writing and addressed to the Manager.

We reserve the right to change our trading terms from time to time without prior notice. All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in these circumstances. If your order includes items which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to see how you would like to proceed. If we are unable to receive your instructions within 2 days of our first attempt to contact you, we will deliver your order and advice you by e-mail that we have done so. Prices may change at any time prior to(but not after) acceptance of your order. Items returned to us for a refund within the stated time will be liable for a £2.50 handling charge per item.This does not apply to items being sent back for an exchange. Any faulty or wrong items must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt of goods. We will refund return postage on faulty goods but only the price of 2nd class standard mail. Orders cancelled within the stated delivery time will be liable for a £2.50 handling charge per order, (this covers initial postage and card processing fees). All shoes on this site are in UK sizes, Shujazzle will not be responsible for converting the sizes to your countries size range.
